I too wish that I had done more research on this company before placing an order with them. Had I read all of these reports earlier I would not have dealt with them at all. I placed an order for $160 worth of stock on 8 September and funnily enough my Visa card was charged that day - amazing how quickly THAT gets actioned!! I then received an email on 13 September confirming that the stock had been shipped. Well a month later and I am still waiting. I knew that international delivery would take longer but this is ridiculous. I ordered something else from a different site two days after placing my order with Doxy and received it a week later - no problems, using the same postal method, USPS. I order things fairly frequently from the USA and have never had any issues or delay in delivery. I have tried numerous times to contact Doxy via email with either no reply or an automated response. I think it is totally unprofessional for a company to not have a contact phone number - email is WAY to easy to ignore or pretend that you haven't recieved. I hope that the owners of this company read my rant and do something about chasing up my order!! I would urge others never to order anything from Doxy Lingerie and commiserate with the rest of you who have! Jo Wellington New Zealand
